Full Moon Ride & Walk

The Lawrence Hopewell Trail invites cyclists and walkers to experience the magic of Mercer Meadows Park under September's full moon. The six-mile loop returns as a signature community celebration, joined by the Full Moon Walk — a one-mile moonlight stroll along the scenic Stony Brook.

The nonprofit Lawrence Hopewell Trail and the Mercer County Park Commission present this evening of fun, family, friends, music, and moonlight that goes far beyond a typical bike ride. 

Check-in takes place at the Rosedale Lake section of Mercer Meadows Park in Pennington. Participants are invited to enjoy the pre and post-ride festivities of DJ entertainment, food vendors Thai Cha Chak and Nosh Empanadas, and a campfire with s'mores near Rosedale Lake. The Full Moon Bike Ride is open to adults and children aged 12+ and the Walk is open to all ages. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
