Concerts by the Bay with the Garden State Symphonic Band

Concerts by the Bay will present a FREE, family-friendly performance by the professional Garden State Symphonic Band as they continue their 2026 Sunday afternoon concert series on Sunday, August 9th at 3:00 PM. Conductor Ginny Johnston will lead the 32-member ensemble featuring movie music from "How to Train Your Dragon" and "Pirates of the Caribbean", classical pieces by Bach, Holst and Rachmaninoff, and others sung by guest vocalist Jacqueline Mulligan. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the beautiful scenery at Bayview Park in Perth Amboy. If inclement weather, the concert will be held indoors at the nearby Jankowski Center.
