Bayview Park

Concerts by the Bay will present a FREE, family-friendly performance by the professional Garden State Symphonic Band as they conclude their 2026 Sunday afternoon concert series on Sunday, August 16th at 3:00 PM. Conductor Ginny Johnston will lead the 32-member ensemble featuring Broadway medleys from "West Side Story" and "Oliver", exciting movie music by John Williams, and American Standards sung by guest vocalist Paula Johns, among others. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the beautiful scenery at Bayview Park in Perth Amboy. If inclement weather, the concert will be held indoors at the nearby Jankowski Center. See the Concerts by the Bay website for more info. Major funding provided from the City of Perth Amboy Recreation Department. Grant funding has also been provided by the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners through a grant award from the Middlesex County Cultural and Arts Trust Fund.

Join Main Street Highland Park on Sunday, September 20, from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM for the 20th annual Arts in the Park Street Fair &amp; Arts Festival!
Celebrate local art and community in Highland Park! This downtown street fair features a juried art show, local artists and makers, artisan vendors, shopping, live music and entertainment, food from local restaurants, children's activities, community organizations, and more. The festival attracts thousands of visitors from across the region for a day of local art, shopping, food, and live entertainment in downtown Highland Park.
Artists, crafters, food vendors, community organizations, and other businesses are invited to register to participate. Student artists are welcome. Juried artists will display and sell their work under tents along Raritan Avenue.
