• 12 Residents Displaced After Pleasantville, NJ, Apartment Fire (wpgtalkradio.com) — A Pleasantville apartment fire on Martin Luther King Boulevard left eight adults and four children displaced, but everyone escaped safely thanks to a rapid response from local firefighters and mutual aid departments. The building was declared uninhabitable, and the Red Cross is assisting affected families while officials investigate the cause and emphasize vital fire safety steps like testing alarms and knowing two exits.
