Route 88 And Bridge Avenue All Good, Point Boro Police Say
Lots of problems on both roadways that lasted into Friday, police said.
Construction at the Route 88 and Bridge Avenue intersection is complete, police said. All lanes are open.
Point Pleasant Boro police wanted people to avoid the two major roadways in the community on Thursday and early Friday. Police advised drivers to avoid Route 88 and Bridge Avenue because of traffic congestion and construction.
The traffic congestion stemmed from emergency Verizon road construction, police said.
