Blizzard Closes Point Pleasant Beach Schools For 2nd Straight Day

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — The Point Pleasant Beach School District will be closed on Tuesday as the town continues to dig out from more than a foot of snow.

The district announced the closure late Monday evening and is the third emergency closure day of the school year.

According to a note at the bottom of the school district's 2025-26 calendar, if the district exceeds the three emergency closure days, May 22 would become a regular school day. Any additional days needed would be added at the end of the year.
