Earth Day Recap

Thank you all for coming out to the Environmental Commission's Earth Day Celebration. The 2012 event was definitely one of the best to date and it could not happened without the residents of Point Pleasant as well as everyone else who participated and attended.
Thank you to all the exhibitors and sponsors for participating and being the life line of our event. And thank you to the volunteers and the Department of Public Works staff who made sure the facilities were ready, the exhibitors were assisted and well-guided, and that the park was clean during and after the event. We couldn't do it without everyone's help and support.
Having such a successful event showed us what we did right while at the same time what we could do better; knowing all of this will provide us with a head start for future events.
