Enjoy a qi gong and yoga warm-up to prepare you to learn essential surf fundamentals including ocean safety, surf etiquette, paddling, popping up, wave selection, and riding skills through expert coaching and progressive practice. The camp includes both land and water instruction, and all equipment is provided. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their skills and build confidence in the ocean.
