Ceiling Replacement Project Moves Forward In Point Pleasant Boro

POINT PLEASANT BORO – The Point Pleasant Boro district says it's gotten bids for ceiling replacements at its four schools.

The ceiling replacement project is planned for Point Pleasant Boro High School, Memorial Middle School, Ocean Road Elementary School and Nellie Bennett Elementary School.

The project will involve removing and installing ceiling tiles and/or grids in specific rooms at the schools.

At its December meeting, the district recommended that the Board of Education should award a contract to AVCO Construction of Kenilworth.

The company's bid was the lowest, at $127,0000.
