Charles James 'CJ' Waldron Of Point Pleasant Dies At 29

Services will be held on Friday and Saturday.

Charles James “CJ” Waldron, age 29, of Point Pleasant passed away on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016 at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold.

Born in Neptune, he lived in Brick prior to moving to Point Pleasant many years ago. CJ was a member of St. Peter’s R. C. Church in Point Pleasant Beach. He played Pop Warner football for the Golden Elks and played Little League baseball both of Point Pleasant Beach He also wrestled for Point Pleasant Recreation.

CJ was a charismatic and intelligent person who had the ability to connect and share with everyone he met. His spirit, humor and bright smile will live with all who knew and loved him. His deep knowledge and many interests, particularly his love of music and literature were a constant source of amazement to everyone.

CJ participated in the Gift of Life program through the Sharing Network; his organs were donated so many other people could be helped.

CJ is survived by his daughter, Jordyn Serra Waldron and her mother Jillian King of Freehold, his father Dr. Chuck Waldron, Point Pleasant, his mother Jeana and her husband Brian Enochson, Point Pleasant, his two brothers Cody Waldron and Elijah Enochson, Point Pleasant, his paternal grandparents Charles and Marilyn Waldron of Point Pleasant Beach; his maternal grandparents James and Sharon Kemp of New York, his girlfriend Jamie Boyle of Point Pleasant. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins, including his uncle Jody and aunt Kristen Kemp of Colorado and their daughter Jesse Boone.

A Memorial Gathering will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 15 at Colonial Funeral Home 2170 Hwy. 88, Brick. A Memorial mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturdayat St. Peter’s R.C. Church in Point Pleasant Beach. Burial of Cremated remains will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Brielle.
