CONGRATULATIONS Woman's Club of Point Pleasant !

The Woman's Club of Point Pleasant has been awarded Best Work in the district by the New Jersey State Federation of Woman's Clubs.

The Woman's Club of Point Pleasant has many special service committees and on going projects within the club. Each committee has a chairperson and members that over see a particular project that helps outside organizations. Some of these organizations are within the local community such as family shelters, fire & first aid companies, food pantries, school scholarships etc. Other organizations we help outside the community, to name a few, are Ronald McDonald House, CASA, Shoes for Souls, troops overseas, nursing homes, long term care facilities and any request that may be sent to our organization.

Even though we have several committees, we work as one team together, for one purpose - serving our community. By holding fundraisers, donating handmade items, ongoing collections of used phones, tabs, etc., we make sure we are there when needed to make a difference.

I want to thank all the people within our community and those who have helped us with donations and support from outside our Point Pleasant community. Your continued support of our fundraisers, functions, raffles and ongoing collected donations when we need them are what makes us able to succeed at the work we do. We look forward to seeing all of you soon, when we can get back to holding functions again to raise the funds we need to continue our work.
