Did You Buy A Mega Millions Ticket in Brick? It Might Be Worth $5K
The ticket, one of five third-place winners, matched four white balls and the gold Mega Ball on Friday night

Some lucky soul is holding a Mega Millions ticket worth $5,000 that was purchased in Brick, lottery officials announced Tuesday.
While there were no jackpot or second-prize winners after Friday’s drawing, five tickets matched four of the white balls and the gold Mega Ball, including one sold at the 7-Eleven No. 11043, on Lakeshore Way in Brick, just off Brick Boulevard, said Carole Hedinger, executive director of the New Jersey Lottery.
The winning numbers for the Friday, Oct. 10 drawing were: 02, 32, 35, 50, and 59. The Gold Mega Ball was 03, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 05.

Third-prize tickets also were sold in Hoboken, Woodbridge, Hamburg, and at the Stop and Shop on Route 9 at the Lanes Mill Marketplace in Howell, she said. And 29 players matched four numbers, winning $500 each.
The jackpot for the drawing Tuesday night is now $166 million, according to lottery officials.
