Essential Components of the IEP

This workshop will guide parents through the IEP process, helping decipher and explain the parents role in this important document.

The purpose of the Point Pleasant SEPAC is to provide opportunities for parents and community members to offer input to their district on critical issues relating to students disabilities; to promote communication and programs within the 
community to encourage understanding, acceptance and inclusion of children with special needs;provide informational forums to parents, educators, students and professionals involved with children with special needs.

Meetings are open to anyone who is interested, and refreshments will be served.
Free childcare will be provided by the Pt. Pleasant High School Ambassadors.

Thursday, February 20th: Paperwork for Families of Special Needs Kids - Get Organized.  Presented by SPAN:  Statewide Parent Advocacy Network .  
Also, this will be a Para Appreciation Meeting!

Wednesday, April 23rd:  Life After High School Planning:  Wills and Trusts
