Flooding In Point Pleasant Beach

Point Pleasant Beach had to deal with some flooding on Tuesday.

Point Pleasant Beach on Tuesday got to experience some of the problems with last week's nor'easter:

Flooding.

Arnold Avenue was flooded after high tide came on Tuesday. The road between Ocean and Baltimore avenues was closed, police said.

The flooding comes as the state continues to deal with problems associated with the Friday nor'easter. More snow is expected on Wednesday.

"Avoid Arnold Ave near the Silver Lake as we have had ongoing flooding issues there. Other streets prone to flooding may also be an issue," the police said.
