Panthers build momentum as they shut down Donovan Catholic
Point Pleasant Boro built on the positive feelings from its opening week victory over Pinelands and shut down visiting Donovan Catholic in Shore Conference Class B South football Friday night.
The Panthers got touchdowns from Gene Franceschini and Devin Connelly in the 20-6 victory, according to the Shore Sports Network. Collin Ansbach kicked two field goals.
Point Boro travels to Bishop Ahr of Edison next Friday.
