Get Your Child's Car Seat Checked By Point Pleasant Police

The police department will look to see if the seat is properly installed in your vehicle to help ensure your child is safe.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The Point Pleasant Police Department will conduct child safety seat checks on Monday in front of police headquarters, the police department said.

The police department will look at the seats to make sure they have been installed properly, which is critical to keeping a child safe in a car accident.

Police Cpl.Gene Capoano and K-9 Officer Jeff Johnson are certified child safety seat technicians and will perform the inspections from noon to 3 p.m.
