Here's How Cold It Could Get In NJ, And Where
Snow squalls are possible as NJ temperatures are supposed to drop to the lowest levels of the season. Strong winds are also possible.

The roughest part of this week's winter weather is expected to happen on Wednesday and Thursday when New Jersey could experience some of its most frigid temperatures of the season. Snow squalls are also possible in some areas, and winds exceeding 50 mph are possible throughout the state.
The wind-chill temperatures could sink to 20-below-zero in some parts of North Jersey right when commuters scoot to the roads to get to work on Thursday morning. Power outages are also possible.
This time, South Jersey and the Jersey Shore won't be spared. Wind-chill temps could range from -5 in Cape May to -10 in Atlantic City (see maps below).

Snow squalls in eastern Pennsylvania, meanwhile, were moving toward northern and central New Jersey at 45 MPH on Wednesday afternoon. Winds up to 40 mph were possible with these squalls as they move through, along with brief heavy snow with less than 1 inch of accumulation.
