Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus & Cancer Support Community present: What Could You Do When Life Gives You Lemonade?
Children who have a family member affected by cancer invited for a morning of support, fun and lemonade
The Cancer Support Community (CSC) at Monmouth Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus invites any child who has a family member affected by cancer for a morning of support, games, arts & crafts, and more. What Could You Do When Life Gives You Lemons? offers a fun and safe place for children to heal and come together for a day of fun. This event will be held on Friday, September 2 from 10 a.m. – noon at the Center for Healthy Living located at 198 Prospect Street in Lakewood.
This event is free to all attendees and light refreshments, including freshly squeezed lemonade and healthy snacks will be served. Registration is required by calling the Cancer Support Community at 732.923.6090.

The Cancer Support Community offers supportive programs, education and hope for individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis, no matter where treatment is received. Monthly programs include relaxation and guided imagery, yoga, mindfulness meditation, exercise for strength, support groups and more.
