More Road Closures In Point Pleasant Boro As Work Continues

More road closures took place on Wednesday as work continues on Bridge Avenue and Route 88.

Cambridge Drive was to be closed from Marshall to Academy becasue of utility work until approximately 4 p.m., police said.

Bridge Avenue and the Route 88 bridge will also have closures this week as parts of each road undergo construction and work, police said.

The closures will happen through Friday, police said. The work will take place during the night.

Intermittent closures will take place between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. for milling and paving on Bridge Avenue, police said.

The Route 88 bridge will also have closures durng the same period for bridge work.
