NJ Weather: Hour-By-Hour Forecast Of 'Heavy' Nor'easter Snowstorm

The fourth nor'easter to hit New Jersey in three weeks is on track to whallop the state, bringing as many as 18 inches of wet, heavy snow and creating the potential for many power outages.
