The robbery occurred at the Green Planet Cafe, just four days after Ali Muhammad Brown allegedly murdered a Livingston man.

The man sitting in front of the Green Planet Coffee on Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach on the morning of June 29, 2014 was lucky.

He lived. He handed over his wallet and keys to Ali Muhammad Brown, 30, of Seattle, after Brown pointed a handgun at him.
