Point Boro 'Vape' Seller Charged After 13-Year-Old Bought Device
A vape seller was charged this week after a 13-year-old purchased a smoking device from his Point Pleasant Boro store, police said.

A vape seller was charged this week after a 13-year-old purchased a smoking device from his Point Pleasant Boro store, police said.
The incident happened on Dec. 12 when police got information that an employee at the Stop and Go Convenience Store at 2500 Bridge Ave. was selling vape smoking devices to underage kids, police said.
After the Point Pleasant Police Department conducted an investigation, Detective Chris Phillips charged Hitulkuma Patel, 38, of Point Pleasant with selling an electronic smoking device to a person under the age of 21, a petty disorderly persons offense, police said.
