POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The 2023 general election is creeping closer in New Jersey, and Point Pleasant and Point Pleasant Beach residents have until Tuesday to make sure they’re registered to vote.
The general election in New Jersey will take place on Nov. 7, and voters in Point Pleasant and Point Pleasant Beach will be choosing New Jersey state Assembly and Senate representatives and school board members.

If you are not registered, you can register online (you need a current and valid driver’s license or a non-driver Identification Card (ID card) issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission), or you can print out the Ocean County registration form and deliver it to the Ocean County Clerk's office, 118 Washington St. in Toms River, by 4:30 p.m. Oct. 17. The clerk's office can be reached at 732-929-2018.
