Point Pleasant Beach Badge Sales Announced
The badges for the Maxson Avenue and River Avenue beaches will be available for purchase after Memorial Day.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Beach badges for Point Pleasant's two river beaches will go on sale starting May 31, the borough announced.
The badges are good for the Maxson Avenue and River Avenue beaches on the Manasquan River and are $20 for those age 6 or older, and $10 for those 60 or older; veterans are free with identification. Children age 5 or younger are free.
The River Avenue beach, at the end of River Avenue, has a large swimming area, restrooms, picnic area, children’s playground, and sitting areas to view the river.

The Maxson Avenue beach is at the end of Maxson Avenue, one block west of the old hospital property adjacent to Riverfront Park. It offers a swimming area, fishing pier, restrooms, children’s playground, and viewing areas.
Badges can be purchased online at www.ptboro.com under Recreation and can be picked up at the Court/Violations Window at Borough Hall, 2233 Bridge Ave., Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Badges can also be purchased at the pickup location with a check or exact cash.
