POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — Point Pleasant Beach is hiring a part-time code enforcement officer.

The position is 25 hours per week, a minimum of 10 hours on weekends, through the spring, summer and fall, performing housing inspections, property maintenance enforcement and floodplain code enforcement, issuing violation notices and summonses, and appearing in municipal court.

An applicant with a New Jersey Hotel and Multiple Dwelling license/trainee certificate, fire prevention inspector license, and two years of code enforcement experience is preferred.

The applicant must have computer, clerical and communication skills and work well with the public, and must have a valid driver's license.
