Point Pleasant Easter Egg Hunt Rescheduled Again

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The Point Pleasant Borough Easter Egg hunt has been rescheduled a second time because of bad weather.

The family outing at Community Park, which was initially set for March 24, then moved to April 1 and then to April 2 because of a bad weather forecast, has been moved to Thursday, April 6, borough officials said Monday.

The event, which includes photos with the Easter Bunny, is set to begin at 5 p..m. at Community Park, corner of Beaver Dam Road and Bridge Avenue.

The event is for children up to 10 years old, with staggered start times:

• 5 p.m.: Parent and me, for children under age 2
• 5:10 p.m.: Children 2-4 years old
• 5:20 p.m.: Children 5-6 years old
• 5:30 p.m.: Children 7-10 years old

Bring a basket for Easter eggs. Children should only participate during their 10-minute age group. Check the eggs for prizes before you leave the park.
