Point Pleasant High School Juniors And Seniors Can Apply For $1,000 Scholarship

Every little bit helps when it comes to paying for college.

Point Pleasant Mayor Robert A. Sabosik is encouraging high school juniors and seniors to enter the Lous Bay II Future Municipal Leaders Scholarship competition.

The statewide League of Municipalities scholarship competition centers on the theme “What My Municipal Government Does Best” and seeks to advance the virtues of elected and volunteer members of municipal government.

There are three $1,000 scholarships available through the competition.
