Point Pleasant Police Announce DWI Arrests

Point Pleasant Police released the information as part of their monthly police blotter.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Point Pleasant Borough police arrested the following people on charges of driving while under the influence in March.

Capt. Adam T. Picca said the arrests happened between March 1 and March 31.

James Halbfoster, 30, of Brick, was charged with operating under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving and careless driving. Police Officer Michael Cappello made the arrest.

March 6

Mark Medvitz, 61, of Toms River, was charged with operating under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving and careless driving. Police officer Mark Maloney make the arrest.

March 11

Travis Daidone, 30, of Brick, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving. Police Officer Matthew Nickerson made the arrest.

March 13

Richard Connard, 57, of Point Pleasant, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving. Police Officer Mark Maloney made the arrest.

March 15

Lisa Aguilar, 56, of Point Pleasant Beach, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving. Police Officer Matthew Ippolito made the arrest.

March 22

Teddy Gonzalez, 24, of Brick, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and careless driving. Police Officer Michael Cappello made the arrest.
