Point Pleasant Police Blotter, Jan. 21-30
Three people were arrested on charges of driving under the influence, police said.
POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Three people were charged with driving under the influence during the last 10 days of January in Point Pleasant, according to police.
Those arrests were among police blotter items released Wednesday by the police department. Here are the incidents police reported:
Jan. 21: Officer Robert Tobias arrested and charged Antonio Cruzzuniga, 40, of Point Pleasant with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and reckless driving.

Jan. 22: Officer Siveen Greenan arrested and charged Tyshaun Baker, 30, of Brick, with terrorist threats, criminal mischief, simple assaut and theft by unlawful taking. Baker was taken to the Ocean County jail pending a hearing in accordance with bail reform.
Jan. 28: Officer Christopher Henrich arrested and charged Travis Dunham, 26, of Point Pleasant with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, refusal to submit to a breath test and failure to maintain lane.

Jan. 30: Officer Christopher Henrich arrested and charged Kody Lupich, 27, of Brick, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, reckless driving, failure to have vehicle inspected and open container in a motor vehicle.
