Point Pleasant Police Charge Three In Burglary Of Arugula Restaurant
Brick man and two juveniles arrested.

Point Pleasant police have charged three in the Dec. 2 burglary of the Arugula Restaurant on Bridge Avenue, Lt. Robert Lokerson said.
Police responded to the restaurant on a report of a forced-entry burglary and discovered that cash and property had been stolen, according to the police report.
As a result of an active investigation, Detective Joseph Hynes charged three suspects with the burglary.

A 17-year-old juvenile from Barnegat was charged with third degree conspiracy, third degree burglary, third degree theft, fourth degree criminal mischief, possession of 50 grams or less of marijuana and disorderly persons. The juvenile was taken to the Ocean County Juvenile Detention Center in Toms River, Lt. Robert Lokerson said.
Kyle Vitullo, Brick, was charged with third degree conspiracy, third degree burglary, third degree theft and fourth degree criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance, Lokerson said.

A 14-year-old juvenile from Point Pleasant was also charged with third degree conspiracy, third degree burglary, third degree theft and fourth degree criminal mischief. He was released to the custody of his parents, Lokerson said.
