Point Pleasant Police Collecting Valentines For Rehab Center Patients
Children are invited to make Valentines for a contest; the cards will be given to residents of Crest Point Care Center.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The Point Pleasant Police Department is hosting a Valentine's Day card contest for the borough's children.
But the contest has a bigger goal: To bring joy to people who are living at a local rehabilitation center for Valentine's Day.
"We are looking for children to create original, crafty Valentine’s Day cards for the residents of Crest Point Rehabilitation and Health Care Center," the police department's post says. Crest Point Care Center provides care for patients with the aim of helping them return to their homes. The card collection is an annual effort by the police department for Crest Point.
