Point Pleasant Recreation Announces Winter Programs

Registration opens soon for winter recreation programs including biddy basketball, yoga, pickleball and music lessons for kids and adults.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The Point Pleasant Borough Recreation Department has announced its winter programs for early 2022.

Registration opens Dec. 7 for borough residents and closes Dec. 21, and must be done through the Community Pass system, accessible through the recreation department's webpage.

Biddy Basketball, for children in first through third grades, runs eight weeks starting Jan. 5.

Children's martial arts is available for 4- to 10-year-olds and runs eight weeks starting Jan. 7.

Also for kids there is a virtual Minecraft club, yoga classes, music lessons with Red House Studio, Fit Club, dance classes, flag football and a Broadway Intensive workshop.

For the adults there are yoga and tai chi lessons, guitar lessons, pickleball and more.
