Property Tax Bills Delayed In Point Pleasant

Point Pleasant property tax bills have not yet been mailed because of a delay in information borough officials need for them.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Point Pleasant homeowners will see a delay in receiving their 2022 tax bill for August, borough officials announced Monday.

The borough has not yet received the Ocean County tax rate, which is delaying the printing and mailing of Point Pleasant's tax bills, officials said.

Because of the delay, the statutory Aug. 1 due date for third-quarter taxes will be extended based on the mailing date when bills are ready to go out, officials said.
