Pumpkin Derby Leads Jenkinson's Fun For Halloween in Point Beach

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — Head to the Boardwalk this weekend for some Halloween fun at Jenkinson's Boo at the Boardwalk.

The event is from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and again Oct. 29 and 30.

Activities include crafts, face painting, and a beach maze.

At Jenkinson's Aquarium there will be underwater pumpkin painting, which is included in a general admission ticket to the aquarium.

Howl-O-Ween Canines & Cocktails will welcome dogs to a designated beach area behind the pavilion on Saturday. There is a rain date on Sunday.

Perky's Pumpkin Derby: At 2 p.m. on Saturday, competitors will race real pumpkins on wheels, like a Pinewood Derby. May the best pumpkin win. For more information and to register, CLICK HERE.
