The brand's store opening date is set for Thursday.
If you're heading to the Parkway in the morning, you've got another option for coffee.
Rook Coffee announced that its 12th location opened Thursday at 6 a.m. The new coffee shop is located at 3201 Bridge Avenue in the Bridge Plaza shopping center in Point Pleasant Boro.
The newest shop was Rook’s second store opening in under a year, following the Freehold opening in April 2018.

This is the company’s first venture outside of Monmouth County, now serving Point Pleasant Boro with its largest storefront yet. Being the southernmost location, Rook looks forward to satisfying a new audience.
“We’ve continued to receive many requests to come further south, so getting to Ocean County feels like a natural progression for us. After putting the finishing touches on the store this week, we’re excited to be able to open the doors and bring coffee happiness to a new community,” co-founder Holly Migliaccio said in a statement.
