The Sandy Castle second edition reaches level 12 on Columbus Day 10-14-13 with the help from many volunteers... The storm may have slowed the volunteers down a little but they were still working in the wind and rain to help sculptor Ed Jarret reach his own deadline for the anniversary of Superstorm Sandy... In total there will be 18 levels that will reach the world record height of over 40 feet
