Snow Shovelers Needed In Point Pleasant Beach

Some of the borough's seniors and disabled residents need help shoveling their driveways, Point Pleasant Beach officials said. Can you help?

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ — Point Pleasant Beach officials are seeking help from the public in assisting older or disabled residents who cannot shovel out their driveways.

Borough officials posted a request for assistance on the borough's Facebook page, as the town digs out from Sunday's storm that blanketed the borough with more than 9 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service.

Residents who are willing to help neighbors in need of shoveling assistance can post their contact information on the borough's post seeking help (see it below).
