USCG Station Manasquan Inlet Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Takes Place 9/8
United States Coast Guard Station Manasquan Inlet in Point Pleasant Beach was formally opened at a ribbon cutting ceremony on 08 September, 2017. Serving as Master of Ceremonies was Executive Petty Officer of Station Manasquan and Boatswain's Mate Chief (BMC) Zachary Gray.
After an Invocation by Chaplin Matthew Prince, remarks were made by Chief Warrant Officer Michael J. Kristiansen who is Commanding Officer of USCG Station Manasquan Inlet, CAPT Scott E. Anderson, Commander of USCG Sector Delaware Bay, CAPT Patrick Dugan, Commander of USCG Facilities Design and Construction Center, and Rear Admiral Meredith L. Austin, Commander of Fifth Coast Guard District.
Also in attendance were active duty personnel at Station Manasquan, USCG Reserve personnel, members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, the Mayor of Point Pleasant Beach and several members of the Point Pleasant Beach Township Council, as well as members of the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department.
