Three File for Point Borough Board of Education Race
Incumbents Susan Ward and Regina Foley face a challenge from Peter Hagemeyer in November.

Incumbents Susan Ward and Regina Foley are being challenged by Peter Hagemeyer in the race for two seats on the Point Pleasant Boro Board of Education.
The three are the only candidates who filed petitions to be on the November ballot by Monday’s filing deadline, according to the Ocean County Clerk’s office.

Ward was elected to the board in April 2011, before the district joined most others in the state in moving its elections to November. Foley is seeking her third term.
