POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Utility work is continuing in Point Pleasant on Friday, and is resulting in traffic disruptions in some parts of town.

There will be stop-and-go traffic at Burnt Tavern Road and George Street until about 5 p.m., police said in an alert.

Riviera Parkway will be closed to through-traffic between Blaze Drive and Rue Cambon until about 3 p.m., police said.
