Treasure Hunt At Point Beach Townwide Garage Sale: Monday Manual

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — Welcome to the May 9 edition of Monday Manual, where we highlight events coming up during the week in Point Pleasant and Point Pleasant Beach.

On Monday, the Point Pleasant Borough Council is set to meet at 7 p.m. in the main meeting room of Borough Hall, 2233 Bridge Ave. The council agenda had not been posted as of Friday.

Point Pleasant's Zoning Board of Adjustment is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, also at Borough Hall. The zoning board agenda was not yet available as of Friday.

The Point Pleasant Borough Board of Education is set to hold its workshop meeting Monday at 7 p.m.

In Point Pleasant Beach, the town meetings on the calendar are the Cultural Arts Committee at 7 p.m. Monday, the Animal Welfare Committee at 7 p.m. Wednesday and the Historic Preservation Commission, also at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

On Saturday, the Point Pleasant Beach Town-wide Garage Sale is on the calendar, with a rain date of Sunday.

The event is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is sponsored by the Point Pleasant Beach High School PTO. Maps will be available at Point Pleasant Beach High School.
