Trunk Or Treat Coming Up In Point Pleasant

POINT PLEASANT, NJ — The Point Pleasant Police Department's Community Watch program is hosting the annual Trunk or Treat event on Oct. 25.

The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Community Park, at the corner of Beaver Dam Road and Bridge Avenue. The rain date is Oct. 26.

The event is welcoming additional volunteers to decorate their trunks and hand out candy. If you want to help, send an email to gcapoano@ptboropd.com, jjohnson@ptboropd.com or mhill@ptboropd.com.

Donations of candy to hand out to the children also are welcomed. They can be dropped off at police headquarters, 2233 Bridge Ave., Point Pleasant.
