WATCH: NJ Gov. Phil Murphy Delivers State-Of-The-State
WATCH: Gov. Phil Murphy delivered his 2019 State-of-the-State address on Tuesday. Here is what he said.

Gov. Phil Murphy delivered his 2019 State of the State address on Tuesday, just as he has been struggling to gain traction on two of his signature initiatives: Raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour and legalizing marijuana. You can watch it here (see below).
Murphy said he wanted to outline his plans to improve the financial security of middle-class families in New Jersey. "We have made great progress over the last year building a stronger and fairer New Jersey, with vital investments in education, infrastructure, and our economy to grow and protect our middle class," said Murphy.
"But our work is far from done. This year’s State-of-the-State will focus on continuing to make New Jersey a better, more affordable place to live, work, and raise a family.”
