William W. Droge Of Point Pleasant Dies At 61

Services will be held on Saturday, May 14.

William W. Droge, 61, of Point Pleasant, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.

Born in Philadelphia, he was formerly of Boonton, NJ and Ludwig's Corner, PA. He lived in Point Pleasant for thirty-five years. Bill worked as a self-employed plumber and also was a member of UA Local 9, Plumbers/Pipefitters/HVAC, Englishtown. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, boating, and surfing.

Surviving are his wife, Jayne Droge; daughter, Alyse Droge; and granddaughter, Kayla Droge. Also surviving are his father, William Droge; mother, Ruth Crane; sister, Anne Murray; and many friends. At 11 a.m., Saturday, May 14, a Memorial Liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on May 14 at the Church of Saint Martha, 3800 Herbertsville Road, Point Pleasant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Trout Unlimited www.tu.org
