PRINCETON, NJ — Two health-conscious New Jersey sisters and mothers are teaming up to follow their dream of helping others improve their lives. Sara Baran and her sister Danielle Butchko are opening their first franchise fitness center together, Burn Boot Camp Princeton, which is slated to open sometime in March.
"I was a mental health therapist and Danielle was a physician assistant. We have both always been involved in health and wellness and helping people improve their lives," Baran said. "It has been a life-long passion of ours. Even as kids when we shared a bedroom we have always talked about how we could help others improve their lives."
Baran and Butchko got the idea to open a franchise Burn Boot Camp after becoming members at the Mount Laurel location. After a few months they fell they love with it.

"The number one reason I love it is how important the community is," Baran said. "When you walk in it is extremely welcoming. I started burn two months after my second son was born. I was extremely out of shape, I couldn't even do a push-up from my knees. Everyone was so empowering and encouraging day after day."
Additionally the child care aspect also drew in Baran.

"For me as a new mom at the time to have the complimentary child watch was great," Baran said.
The boot camp offers child care in a supervised playroom for children ages 12 weeks to 12 years old.
"It afforded me 45 minutes of me time," Baran said.
At 13 years old a child can workout with their parent and at 16 years old they can come in and workout alone with a signed waiver.
Baran and Butchko want to pass on this same encouraging environment at their location in the Nassau Park Pavillion. It will be located right near Buy Buy Baby.
The boot camp will offer several membership options and unlimited complimentary childcare. There will also be trainers to help participants reach their goals.
The workouts focus on burst training, cardio and high intensity interval training. Keeping things new and fresh there is a different workout planned everyday.
