NJ Camp Fairs 2022, Quaker Bridge Mall, Lawrenceville: This event was canceled last week due to the snowstorm. But they have rescheduled for this weekend. On Saturday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., meet with a variety of summer camps, all under one roof. From sleep away camps, traditional day camps to specialty camps; choose from sports, adventure, travel, academic, arts, STEM, pre-college, nature, and more. To register for the event, click here. Princeton Walking History Tour, Princeton Battle Monument, Princeton: Sunday, Feb. 6, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Enjoy a 90-minute walk around downtown Princeton and the University campus to learn about historic sites in the area, including Bainbridge House, Nassau Hall, the University Chapel, and Palmer Square. Tickets are priced at $10 and need to be purchased in advance. Space is limited to 15 participants. For more details and tickets, click here.
Scenery, Kelsey Theatre, 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor: Set in the star dressing room of the Belasco Theater, "Scenery" focuses on a pair of successful New York veteran actors, married for 20 years. MPOnStage presents this humorous and touching glimpse backstage, driven by mature themes and a bit of adult humor and strong language. Parental discretion advised. Plays on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Masks are needed for ages 2 and up, and proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test is required at the door for ages 5 and up. Princeton Symphony Orchestra Concert, Richardson Auditorium, Princeton: Princeton Symphony Orchestra's (PSO) recently-appointed assistant conductor, Kenneth Bean, will make his debut on Saturday, Feb. 5 at 8 p.m. This will be followed by another performance on Feb. 6 at 4 p.m. Also making his PSO debut will be violinist Alexi Kenny with his interpretation of Jean Sibelius' Violin Concerto. Attendees are required to wear masks at all times while inside the building, be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and must have received boosters, if eligible. Tickets for the Feb. 5 and 6 performances at Richardson Auditorium start at $20, youth (ages 5-17) are half price. To purchase tickets, visit princetonsymphony.org or call 609-497-0020.
H20 Quest - Groundhog Day, Watershed Institute, Pennington: Groundhog day is a curious mix of fact and fiction. This program is part treasure hunt, part nature hike, plenty of imaginative fun. Children will meet the naturalists, try their hands at chucking wood with a catapult or trebuchet, and search for groundhog holes. Each group will remain together, practicing social distancing.
