Oktoberfest, Mountain Lake House, Princeton: On Sunday, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friends of Princeton Open Space will host Oktoberfest, to celebrating their accomplishments of 2020-2021, and their crew of volunteers. Enjoy local craft beers, hard cider, festive fare and live music with the country sounds of Owen Lake and the Tragic Loves amid the setting of the Mountain Lakes House overlooking the Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve in Princeton. Tickets are priced at $50 + online fees. Attendees must be 21 and above. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend. For more information, click here.

Hamilton's Annual Oktoberfest, Hamilton Township: It's that time of the year again. Hamilton Township's Annual Oktoberfest is back this Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5: 30 p.m. The event will be held at Veterans Park. Enjoy hayrides, local crafts, food trucks, and loads of activities for children. Admission to the event is free. Rain date is set for Oct. 24

Fall Festival, Trenton Elks 105, Ewing: This Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, one of the oldest and largest fraternal organizations in the country, will be hosting a Fall Festival. Enjoy a classic car show, rummage sale, live music, food, and kids' activities. Proceeds will go towards the Elks' charitable endeavors. Rain date is Sunday, Oct. 17.

NJ State Police Classic Car Show, 1040 River Road, Trenton: The New Jersey State Police is hosting the Classic Car show on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be food trucks, live music, museum open house, NJSP vehicles, NJSP boats, mounted troopers, vintage police cars, TV and movie cars, and much more. Princeton Environmental Film Festival, Princeton Public Library: The 15th annual Princeton Environmental Film Festival returns for another installment this year. The festival which opened on Tuesday will run through Sunday, Oct. 24. The festival features 34 films - 20 short and 13 feature-length documentary films and one short narrative film. All screenings are free of charge, but you need to have an account. Susan Conlon and Kim Dorman have curated the films with local, regional, and international relevance.
