Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey, Patriots Theater at the War Memorial, Trenton: The Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey will be performing at the War Memorial in Trenton this Saturday from 7:30 p.m. onwards. This is part of their 2021-2022 season. Daniel Spalding will be conducting. All attendees must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination before entering the War Memorial. Fall Family Fun Weekend, Terhune Orchard, Princeton: On Saturday and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., experience the joy of fall with fresh air, open farm space, and loads of fun activities. Visit barnyard of animals, hay bale, and corn mazes, pony rides, pumpkin picking and painting, pedal tractors, play area, and more. There's also live music from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This week, pumpkin carving artist Tom Cook will be exhibiting his carving talents and sharing techniques on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For details visit their website.

Princeton Environmental Film Festival, Princeton Public Library: The 15th annual Princeton Environmental Film Festival will end this Sunday, Oct. 24. So if you haven't attended yet, this is your chance. The festival features 34 films — 20 short and 13 feature-length documentary films and one short narrative film. All screenings are free of charge, but you need to have an account. Susan Conlon and Kim Dorman have curated the films with local, regional, and international relevance. Haunted Hopewell, Woolsey Park: Hopewell Township is organizing a Halloween family event for all ages on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will include a Halloween-themed show, trick-or-treating, photo spot, games, and other fun activities. There will even be some stories for young residents. So, get your costumes on and join in the fun. No registration is required. Rain date is Sunday, Oct. 24.

Haunted Hallway, 2000 Pennington Rd, Ewing Township: The Association for Music Production and Discussion's (AMPD) is hosting the annual Haunted Hallway event on Friday, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring student performers of varied genres and instruments, DJing, and graphic projections. Masks are required. This is a free event happening in the Art and Interactive Multimedia building at TCNJ.
