9 Affordable Apartments In Downtown Princeton Now Accepting Applications
The lottery, open to Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean county residents, will be held within weeks of the deadline.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Community Housing is accepting applications for nine affordable rental apartments at 195 Nassau Street in Princeton, the organization announced.
A lottery will be held to determine placement for qualified households. The deadline to submit a preliminary application is 5 p.m. May 8, 2026. There is no application fee.
The apartments are located near the intersection of Nassau and Moore streets in downtown Princeton, within walking distance of the Princeton University campus.

The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in summer 2026.
Preference will be given to residents and workers of Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean counties. The lottery is expected to take place 15 to 20 days after the application deadline.

Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist.
Princeton Community Housing will oversee the application process, conduct the lottery, and confirm applicant eligibility.
