The following is a summary of incidents as reported by Princeton Police:

On April 21, at 1:05 p.m., officers responded to headquarters for a report of a threatening letter received at a religious organization on Cherry Hill Road. The letter, which was intended for a separate Jewish group that uses the location for gatherings, contained anti-Semitic threats of violence. Investigation revealed similar letters had recently been sent to multiple Jewish organizations throughout Mercer County and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The incident remains under investigation.

On April 21, officers responded to Nassau Street for the report of a suspicious letter received by a local religious organization. Investigation revealed the letter contained threats of violence directed toward the Jewish community. It was determined that similar threatening letters had been sent to multiple Jewish organizations throughout Mercer County, including another incident in Princeton. This matter remains under active investigation.

On April 21, following a motor vehicle stop, the driver and registered owner was found to have an active warrant issued for her arrest from Evesham Township. Municipal Court in the amount of $750. The 34-year-old Princeton woman was placed under arrest, searched incident to arrest, and transported to headquarters, where she posted bail and was

On April 21, officers responded to State Road for the report of a bias intimidation incident involving a threatening letter received by a local religious organization. Investigation revealed the letter contained threats of violence directed toward the Jewish community. It was determined that similar letters had also been sent to multiple religious and Jewish organizations in Princeton, Mercer County, and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The investigation remains ongoing.

On April 23, a complainant responded to police headquarters to report a theft by deception incident. The complainant said an unknown actor compromised an email account associated with a property management company and fraudulently provided new banking information for a rent payment. As a result, a payment in the amount of $8,110.00 was sent to an unauthorized bank account. The intended recipient later reported the payment had not been received, at which time the fraud was discovered. The investigation is ongoing.

On April 24, a complainant responded to police headquarters to report fraudulent activity involving a credit card account. The complainant stated two unauthorized transactions totaling $10,297.06 were attempted with an out-of-state merchant. The complainant immediately contacted the issuing bank, which canceled the card and placed holds on the pending charges. No financial loss was reported at the time of the report.

On April 24, a complainant responded to police headquarters to report a theft from their home on Prospect Avenue that allegedly occurred on March 20. The complainants reported that after several moving/work crews were inside the home, they discovered multiple items missing from second-floor bedrooms. Reported stolen property included $2,000.00 in cash, one United States passport, one Bank of America checkbook, and one JP Morgan Chase checkbook. The two checkbooks were reported to contain approximately 50 checks each. No signs of forced entry were reported. The total reported monetary loss was $2,000.00. The investigation is on-going.

On April 26, a woman reported that on April 21, around $30,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from her rental property while in the process of moving to her permanent residence. The victim reported utilizing a moving company to pack and move her

belongings. Due to no signs of forced entry, the victim believes the suspects are employed by the moving company. A monetary loss of approximately $30,000 was suffered as a result of this incident. The investigation is on-going.
